THE SUPPLEMENTS
are shot in high definition video and widescreen.

SUPPLEMENTS ONE AND TWO briefly introduce Tamborine Mountain, feature species not previously filmed and extend the coverage of flora and fauna that are under-represented in Archive Parts One to Five. Contents have been selected from over seven hours of footage.  Supplement One: Filmed April/May 2007 – 59 mins. Supplement Two: Filmed June/July 2007 – 55 minutes.

SUPPLEMENT THREE An interview with Professor Darryl Jones addressing biodiversity – the subject of the entire archive – in terms of basic science and the particular circumstances of Tamborine Mountain and South East Queensland, including the threat posed by global warming.  Filmed 2008 –  59 minutes.

 

TECHNICAL DATA


Filmed with a CANON XL1 CCC video camera with a 16x optical zoom lens on a
Miller fluid-head tripod.
From April 2007 all footage was filmed in High Definition using a Sony HVRV1P camera
with a 20x optical zoom lens.

All but a few sequences were filmed in natural light.

Sound was recorded using the microphone on the camera.
